Terms of Service

Effective Date: November 15, 2025

Welcome to One Tenacity Genomic Solutions ("One Tenacity," "we," "us," or "our"). At One Tenacity, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal and genetic information. These Terms of Service ("Terms") explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you access or use our services, including our genomic analysis platform, pharmacogenomic (PGx) reports, software tools, and related features ("Services"). By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of our Services, including individuals uploading genetic data for personalized medication insights. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

  1. About one tenacity pGx service

    • Your genetic makeup plays a meaningful role in how your body processes and responds to medications. Because of these differences, two individuals taking the same medication at the same dose may experience very different outcomes — one may benefit greatly while another experiences limited effect or unwanted side effects.

    • One Tenacity provides a pharmacogenomic (PGx) service that analyses specific, well-characterized genetic variations linked to drug metabolism.
The resulting PGx Report offers insights into your predicted response to commonly prescribed medications, supporting you and your healthcare providers in making more informed, personalized treatment decisions.

    • This service does not replace the judgment of your healthcare provider.

    • DNA is collected via a simple cheek swab at home. Residual DNA is destroyed within 30 days. Your de-identified genomic summary is retained to enable annual report updates as clinical guidelines evolve

  2. Important Limitations

    • PGx information is based on current scientific knowledge. Undiscovered variants may also influence your drug response and would not be

      captured in this report.

    • This service does not assess disease risk, provide a diagnosis, or account for environmental factors such as other medications,

supplements, diet, lifestyle, or co-existing health conditions.

    • Rare or novel genetic variants may not be detected.

    • Test accuracy depends in part on proper cheek-swab collection — avoid smoking,

eating, drinking, or brushing your teeth for 30 minutes beforehand.

    • Results must be interpreted within your full clinical picture by a licensed healthcare professional. One Tenacity cannot be held liable for adverse

      drug reactions or side effects.

  3. Data Access, Sharing, & Privacy

    • One Tenacity and its consulting pharmacists will access your report to deliver a personalised medication information review. Your results will not be shared with employers, insurers, or benefits providers

    • You may withdraw consent and request data deletion at any time by contacting info@onetenacity.com.

  4. Use of Anonymized Data

    • You agree to allow One Tenacity to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve service quality.

    • You will not be identified or compensated.

    • Any resulting discoveries are the exclusive property of One Tenacity
