Once the PGx sample is received, the report will be available on the One Tenacity Portal. An email will be sent, notifying you that the report is ready. In order to create an account in the portal, you will need your test number, which will be in your sample kit. For your convienience you can log in through a QR code found on the information sheet in the test kit or through the access button on the home page at the top right.
